How Intralex Works

System is Branded to your requirements

After purchase, we’ll customise the system to feature your corporate logo and design, ensuring the Intranet becomes a harmonious addition to your practice. We’ll supply a screen shot for your approval before install, and populated your system with a full precedent set of Lexcel-compliant documentation to get you started.

Can be installed by you or us

If you have resident I.T. staff, we’re happy for them to install the system on your Server, and we offer free telephone support on the day if required. In this case, the system will be supplied to you on Disc, and install should take no more than an hour.

If you would rather we installed the system for you, our specialist technician will call to arrange a visit, and ask for a designated member of staff to train. On the day of install, our technician will also train your chosen staff member, who in turn can demonstrate the system to the other staff. This costs from just £395 + VAT.

Time to populate with information

In order to begin its active use, the Intralex content will need to be customised, amended and populated with your documentation and details. Your own chosen Administrator(s) can upload within the Admin Screen of the system, quickly and easily adding your own MS Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).

Once populated to the degree you require, all staff users can immediately access and download any document they need, all arranged and managed according to the Lexcel procedures. All original docs are safely preserved; there is only ever one Master document, ensuring only the same correct version is used by all.

Ongoing support

The system is robust and extremely difficult to ‘break’! However, we remain available throughout the working year to offer technical support should an issue arise, and to offer any free upgrade or system amendments. We are also able to develop bespoke additions as required, for example add a staff notice-board or forum. Annual support is just £295 + VAT.
